Key Responsibilities

  • •Own learning needs analysis and create the learning roadmap for the Professional Tech Upskilling curriculum.
  • •Build and maintain stakeholder relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and driving alignment across a matrixed environment.
  • •Partner with vendors, internal SMEs, and others to deliver learning across multiple modalities.
  • •Identify, assess, and escalate risks and issues in the team’s delivery, continuously improving using data and insights.
  • •Partner with engineering to execute technical solutions and refine Tech College product roadmap and feature requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 109,900 - 125,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or Military experience.
  • •At least 5 years of experience in project, process, or program management.
  • •At least 1 year in communication or change management.
  • •Proven track record of excellent project or event management in dynamic, complex environments.
  • •Experience partnering with key stakeholders to identify strategic opportunities and define new initiatives for business impact.
