•Develop and execute a strategy to grow engineering staff and build a thriving local MEP team.
•Drive major project pursuits, both standalone MEP/FP work and within larger multi-discipline teams, ensuring high-quality output.
•Act as technical leader and quality reviewer, and serve as design manager on complex projects with close collaboration with project managers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,000 - 225,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) with 10+ years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
•2 years of team leadership experience.
•PE license in Pennsylvania, with the ability to obtain licensure in additional U.S. states.
•Experience delivering high-quality deliverables while managing multiple projects and supervising a design team.
•Preferred: 5+ years in engineering lead or design management, affinity for business development, experience with transportation sector projects, strong building design background.
