Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and consolidate the top-line rolling financial forecast process with FP&A partners across Route-to-Market, Geography, and Product Groups.
  • •Support Weekly Executive Team update, Quarterly Rolling Forecast (QRF), Quarterly Business Review (QBR), Quarterly Financial Review (QFR), and Annual Planning cycles.
  • •Develop and consolidate financial reporting and analysis, including quarterly results packages and executive-ready commentary.
  • •Drive process improvements and automation across financial reporting workflows using AI tools to enable scale.
  • •Use TM1 (IBM Planning Analytics) to help finance partners interpret Outlook and Actuals data, and support investor-related requests with the Director of FP&A.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 102,300 - 196,450 annually

  • •5+ years of experience in FP&A with SaaS/topline revenue exposure (ARR, subscription metrics) or corporate finance with consolidation experience.
  • •Extensive hands-on experience with TM1 or Hyperion Planning tools.
  • •Strong business partnership skills to build trust and drive alignment across cross-functional finance teams.
  • •Excellent communication and storytelling skills to translate complex data for executive audiences.
  • •Ability to operate under pressure and deliver in fast-paced environments.
