Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a portion of the SOC analysts team, including talent management, skills development, follow-ups, and annual reviews.
  • •Plan and organize team activity with workload planning, dynamic staffing, on-call management, incident capitalization, and procedure formalization.
  • •Pilot operational efficiency improvements via automation, pilot dashboards, and ongoing improvement actions.
  • •Participate in SOC RUN by ensuring detection and incident resolution and evaluating the impact of security incidents.
  • •Inform client security teams about emerging threats and recommend tactical countermeasures; coordinate technical client reporting and security monitoring.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in security incident detection.
  • •First experience managing a team or serving as an operational reference.
  • •Strong use of SIEM and SOAR solutions (at least two among Google Chronicle, Sekoia, XSOAR, MS Sentinel, etc.).
  • •Experience with at least one EDR solution (e.g., Harfanglab, SentinelOne, CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint).
  • •Scripting skills in Python/Bash and/or GitLab; English written and spoken is required for international projects.
