Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field.
•6+ years consulting experience in banking, financial services, or fintech.
•Proven business development, growth strategy, account management, consulting, or client engagement experience.
•Deep understanding of banking domains including retail/commercial/investment banking, payments, lending, risk, compliance, or wealth management.
•Ability to engage with C-level and senior executive stakeholders and deliver measurable business growth.
