Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and govern complex, multi-workstream deployment programs, including GPU, network, and large-scale compute rack installations, with regular travel for executive oversight.
  • •Operate as the senior value orchestrator and strategic advisor to customer leadership, managing deployment status, risks, and cross-functional issue resolution.
  • •Architect predictive risk frameworks to surface early warning signals (resource constraints, schedule drift, vendor coordination gaps, construction readiness delays, logistics blockers) and drive pre-emptive interventions.
  • •Identify and champion lifecycle value and expansion opportunities by partnering with sales, pre-sales, and customer success teams.
  • •Mentor and onboard junior consultants and onsite resources while embedding AI-driven delivery innovation and continuous improvement methodologies.

Salary: USD 154,700 - 200,200 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10-12 years of progressive project and program management experience in technology services, IT infrastructure deployment, or data center operations, including leadership of complex customer-facing programs with multi-million-dollar scope.
  • •Exceptional executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder influence skills, coordinating across engineering, construction, networking, and operations teams.
  • •Experience governing concurrent multi-workstream deployment portfolios with rigorous scope, schedule, financial, and risk management, including real-time issue resolution and shift-level reporting.
  • •Willingness and ability to travel extensively to customer data center sites across the US, including extended onsite rotational periods.
  • •Strong technical fluency to engage with architects, engineers, vendors, and deployment teams for informed decision-making and escalation support.
