Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 190,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years as a software engineer and 2+ years leading teams, ideally in SaaS.
  • •Hands-on experience with Rails, React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Postgres, Redis, Sidekiq, RSpec, and Capybara.
  • •Broad foundation in distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
  • •Experience building or collaborating on mobile applications (iOS, Android, or React Native) and designing APIs for mobile experiences.
  • •Proven ability to coach engineers, set priorities, and drive execution while fostering growth, collaboration, and accountability.
