Key Responsibilities

  • •Process financial service transactions accurately and use opportunities to deepen and expand client relationships.
  • •Provide resources to identify and resolve more complex client servicing issues.
  • •Identify financial wellness opportunities during client conversations and transition clients to appropriate partners; provide tailored financial wellness recommendations.
  • •Consistently meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and expectations.
  • •Follow compliance, audit, and security procedures, including balancing the cash drawer within guidelines; participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.

Salary: USD 19.23 - 28.37 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
  • •Experience developing current and new client relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources using tele-consulting, calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Experience handling cash transactions and maintaining cash drawer accuracy.
  • •General understanding of PC use with Windows-based applications and a calculator.
  • •Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, and web-based browsing) and ability to educate clients on digital platforms.
