Key Responsibilities

•Provide guidance on healthcare operations, strategy, and healthcare policy to support clients’ leadership growth.
•Support coaching topics including healthcare technology, data analytics, healthcare marketing, patient care, and leadership development.
•Help clients manage risk management, compliance, and accreditation as part of their professional development.
•Assist clients with career planning deliverables such as resume review, cover letters, and LinkedIn review.
•Host virtual coaching sessions, set your own hours and rates, and collaborate with the team to deliver a supportive client experience.

Key Requirements

•Hands-on healthcare administration and/or healthcare leadership experience.
•Prior coaching or mentoring experience.
•A clear, structured approach to helping clients grow their expertise and careers.
•Experience guiding healthcare operations, strategy, policy, and leadership development.
•Ability to support clients with career navigation activities including resume review, cover letters, and interview prep.
