Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist walk-in and phone customers with selecting required parts, providing price quotes, and suggesting companion requirements and specials.
  • •Pull parts from stock; determine availability and submit emergency orders when requested.
  • •Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick up, and verify “will call” and “back order” files weekly.
  • •Assist service technicians in selecting parts needed for repairs and prepare repair order envelopes with required parts requisition documentation.

Key Requirements
