•Define a multi-year vision for EMEA Payments that anticipates future merchant and ecosystem scale and complexity.
•Lead Engineering and Design through every phase of the product lifecycle, from 0-to-1 development to General Availability.
•Enforce rigorous standards for product quality, API design, and system reliability, building trust with our largest enterprise users.
•Partner with Sales and go-to-market teams to pitch the product, win key deals, and translate user feedback into roadmap priorities.
•Serve as the internal subject matter expert on the EMEA payment landscape, managing relationships with partners and ecosystem vendors.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in product management or a related product role.
•A track record of shipping technical B2B2C products at a high velocity.
•An obsession with product quality in all its forms—from API design to dashboard UX and documentation.
•Existing knowledge of the payments landscape or a demonstrated ability to learn complex domains quickly.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for articulating user problems precisely.
