Key Responsibilities

•Engage with customers’ IT and business teams to understand needs, evaluate solution merits, identify service opportunities, and ensure alignment with win themes.
•Provide adaptive solutions to meet client requirements and evaluate value-add alternatives.
•Build relationships with CXO-level stakeholders, address CXO issues, and support contract negotiations.
•Optimize solutions within the customer IT strategy, considering growth paths, scalability, and business impact.
•Actively participate in account and opportunity planning, drive proposals and presentations, and collaborate with other teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Key Requirements

•7–10 years of practical experience in technical/consultative selling, project/program management, delivery or account management, preferably in tech/consulting
•Japanese language proficiency to collaborate with Japan-based teams
•Strong understanding of Japanese business practices and experience with large Japanese enterprises
•Ability to collaborate with global teams and communicate in English
•Four-year or graduate degree in Technical studies, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or related discipline
