Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide end-to-end support for Space Systems hardware, including setup and configuration.
  • •Pre-configure systems and ensure seamless integration with customer infrastructure.
  • •Troubleshoot hardware issues in real-time, applying analytical thinking and hands-on problem-solving skills.
  • •Follow command-line instructions to perform necessary hardware configurations.
  • •Configure and troubleshoot networking environments, including Cisco switch/router configurations, VLANs, and routing.
