Sr. Operations Representative

Handle inbound customer calls and service requests for credit card usage, payment verification, online technical support, and other account-related concerns. Maintain strong functional knowledge of products and follow company policies and procedures. Listen to customers to resolve questions responsibly, update account information as requested, and transfer customers to the right departments when needed. Complete required web-based training and assessments within timelines to meet operational requirements.
