Drive in-store sales within Hermès standards by identifying customer needs, building client relationships, and delivering strong post-sales service. Meet sales targets while maintaining high customer service, product knowledge, and operational procedures. Build long-term customer relationships, proactively engage walk-in customers, maintain KPI customers, and support inventory and special projects as needed within a collaborative team.
