Serve as a strategic advisor to senior Sales leadership, using data-driven analysis and first-principles thinking to shape revenue-growth priorities. Key Responsibilities

•Advise senior Sales leadership on Reddit’s highest-priority commercial opportunities using data-driven insights and first-principles thinking.
•Translate strategy into scalable operating models, governance, and execution frameworks that align seller behavior to measurable outcomes.
•Lead strategic initiatives including Sales Compass (seller incentives framework) and the Sales Operating System (workflows, playbooks, and guidance).
•Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Revenue Strategy & Operations, Enablement, Product, Finance, and other teams to deliver scalable solutions.
•Establish success metrics and performance frameworks, continuously refine operating models using experimentation and feedback, and support change adoption to improve sales performance.

Key Requirements

•4+ years in Strategy & Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Management Consulting, or Product Strategy.
•Advanced proficiency with data manipulation (e.g., Google Sheets/Excel) to navigate datasets and build executive-ready narratives.
•Comfort with data infrastructure, including interpreting basic SQL or using AI development tools (Claude, Cursor, Codex) to generate queries.
•Proven track record leading high-impact, cross-functional strategic initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes.
•Bachelor’s degree required, with experience partnering with senior leadership to influence strategic decision-making.
