Job Summary

Own the end-to-end customer value journey for leading Banking & Financial Services organizations—landing, expanding, adopting, and renewing. Translate strategic priorities into Celonis use cases, build demos and business cases, run value workshops, and use SQL/Python to create (AI) prototypes. Advise how Celonis fits into customers’ IT landscape and AI strategy, communicate value roadmaps to C-level stakeholders, and scale adoption through enterprise-wide change.

Key Responsibilities

•Discover and translate customers’ strategic priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases, advising on how Celonis fits into their IT landscape and AI strategy.
•Build demos and business cases using industry benchmarks and best practices to win new customers.
•Use hands-on SQL/Python to develop (AI) prototypes for new audiences and create value assessments/proof-of-value projects.
•Facilitate value workshops, identify and qualify opportunities for process enhancement, and present realized value to senior management and C-level executives.
•Own the end-to-end value journey—landing, expanding, adoption, and renewal—by building strategic expansion roadmaps and feeding learnings back to product development teams.

Key Requirements

•Good knowledge of business software/SaaS applications (e.g., SAP) and hands-on SQL and/or Python skills.
•Experience developing dashboards and automations in tools like PowerBI or RPA, plus knowledge of AI-powered solutions.
•Analytical experience demonstrating or securing value through business data analysis, business process improvement, and software deployment.
•Experience identifying process improvement use cases and deploying improvement measures, including change agency and training users/process owners.
•Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in English, with experience preparing and communicating value roadmaps and results to senior stakeholders.
