Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform accounting, analytical, and financial reporting duties to ensure client and investor activity reporting is accurate and completed appropriately.
  • •Act as a technical accounting expert and subject matter advisor on significant business and accounting decisions.
  • •Prepare, compile, and verify external client and regulatory reporting, including financial information for stockholders and investor reports.
  • •Research and interpret the impact of recent accounting developments, and disseminate findings to managers and partners.
  • •Communicate with partners to resolve discrepancies and conduct special analyses and projects; help train and monitor team members and client deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • •3-4 years of private equity accounting experience with a related business degree is a must, including a minimum of 3 years of client servicing or related experience.
  • •Formal education in accounting and/or a related business degree, plus CPA accreditation.
  • •Ability to work effectively in a team with initiative, leadership, and flexibility.
  • •Strong technical PC skills, including Microsoft Excel (intermediate/advanced) and MS Suite usage (Excel/Access/Word).
  • •Experience with Investran preferred and ability to prepare federal, state, and local regulatory reporting.
