Job Summary

Drive data science initiatives for Sales portfolio performance, turning complex business problems into measurable analytics and scalable recommendations. •Design, develop, and deploy predictive and explanatory models using machine learning, NLP, and generative AI to solve business problems.
•Generate actionable analytics and insights on Sales and client behavior, applying hypothesis testing and maintaining reproducible workflows.
•Contribute to the design, development, and operationalization of GenAI-enabled analytics solutions, including success metrics and validation approaches (e.g., human-in-the-loop).
•Develop, evaluate, and iterate models using modern ML frameworks, focusing on performance, scalability, and interpretability.
•Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to refine analytical approaches and deliver data-driven decision-making via reports and presentations.
