Drive adoption of aHUS and HSCT-TMA across a territory of academic centers, hospitals, IDNs, and priority sites. Execute field sales and compliant clinical education to generate demand, support product access, and advance therapy uptake through stakeholder engagement. Build disease-specific account plans, identify barriers in diagnostics and access workflows, coordinate cross-functional partners, and use CRM and AI-driven insights to optimize territory planning and reporting.

•Consistently achieve or exceed sales objectives for assigned territory and indications.
•Develop and execute disease-specific account plans; map stakeholders and patient journeys to support therapy adoption.
•Identify gaps in diagnostic workflows, referral pathways, operational readiness, protocol adoption, and stakeholder alignment; implement solutions.
•Deliver approved clinical messaging to influence brand choice, support formulary access, and educate clinical stakeholders.
•Use CRM tools and AI-driven insights for territory planning, HCP targeting, call execution, and accurate on-time reporting.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree.
•5+ years of experience in specialty pharma, rare disease sales, account management, or complex institutional selling.
•Strong understanding of healthcare systems, reimbursement processes, fulfillment pathways, and multi-stakeholder decision-making.
•Proven track record navigating clinical formulary and access processes and influencing treatment pathway adoption.
•Must live in the geographic territory or within 50 miles of the territory border; valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
