Key Responsibilities

•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
•Maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend appropriate solutions using the bank’s value proposition.
•Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to proactively reach customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to the existing customer base and engage in outside sales activities as directed.
•Process teller transactions and work as a member of the platform staff while following policies and procedures and meeting production and customer-experience goals.

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience that provides transferable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new consumer households and small business customers and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
•Must be able to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
•Experience in the financial industry is preferred.
•This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through NMLS.
