Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, assess, and prioritize AI and automation opportunities aligned with the transformation roadmap.
  • •Interview Process Owners across Network, Workplace, Data Center, and Security to capture As-Is processes and redesign opportunities.
  • •Translate business requirements into functional requirements, use cases, epics, and user stories the engineering team can implement.
  • •Create and maintain business cases for prioritized initiatives, including expected value, effort, and adoption aspects.
  • •Maintain oversight of the AI use-case portfolio and ensure consistency between requirements, use-case design, and expected value; support stakeholder engagement and change-management activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in industrial engineering, business, economics, information technology, or a related field.
  • •Up to 5 years of experience in AI, digital transformation, business analysis, or consulting, ideally in complex or regulated organizations.
  • •Strong knowledge of business analysis, process design, and defining functional requirements; experience with process transformation/redesign is a plus.
  • •Practical understanding of the functional/business impact of AI solutions (e.g., generative AI, LLMs, forecasting models, automation).
  • •Ability to partner effectively with business stakeholders and IT/AI specialist teams and act as a bridge between areas.
