Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise PLC panel assembly activities to ensure compliance with design drawings and technical specifications.
  • •Conduct QA/QC inspections including wiring accuracy, functionality tests, and documentation reviews.
  • •Perform PLC panel power-up, IO checkout, logic/HMI internal testing, and support FAT with internal and client teams.
  • •Collaborate with the design team for red markups and resolve discrepancies in drawings or wiring.
  • •Prepare detailed progress and quality reports, highlighting key metrics and improvement areas.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation, or related technical field.
  • •7-8 years of hands-on experience in QA/QC roles within automation, PLC panel assembly, or system integrator environments.
  • •Strong knowledge of PLC wiring techniques, industrial automation standards, and schematic interpretation.
  • •Proficient in reading and analyzing design drawings, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams.
  • •Preferred: Valid Qatar Visa with NOC and driving license.
