Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop the maintenance team lead and the maintenance team, building ownership and technical capabilities.
  • •Define and implement maintenance strategies and processes to improve equipment reliability, availability, and downtime reduction.
  • •Manage reliability, capacity, and technical/capital projects from definition through execution with safety, timing, and cost focus.
  • •Monitor maintenance performance using KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • •Ensure compliance with safety standards while optimizing maintenance effectiveness and costs.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience on the production side.
  • •Minimum 5 years leading and developing teams with strong coaching and people management skills.
  • •Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance.
  • •Experience developing maintenance strategies, preventive maintenance plans, and asset management processes, including project delivery.
  • •Dutch and English language skills at minimum B2–C1 level.
