Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute enterprise strategy and a multi-year roadmap for PAM and non-human identity security aligned to identity and cybersecurity objectives.
  • •Establish governance and operational standards for privileged access across infrastructure, applications, cloud platforms, databases, and administrative systems.
  • •Oversee privileged account onboarding, credential vaulting, password rotation, privileged session monitoring, emergency access controls, and deprovisioning processes.
  • •Lead governance frameworks for service accounts, application identities, machine identities, workloads, automation platforms, and emerging AI identities, including lifecycle and review requirements.
  • •Lead and develop managers and identity professionals; create a high-performing culture and define KPIs/KRIs and executive reporting for risk reduction and audit readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or 4+ additional years of equivalent experience.
  • •10+ years of progressive experience in Identity Security, Identity & Access Management, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure Security, or related disciplines.
  • •5+ years leading managers, engineering teams, cybersecurity teams, or identity programs.
  • •Experience with privileged access management platforms and practices.
  • •Experience implementing Zero Trust, Just-In-Time (JIT) access, or Zero Standing Privilege controls.
