Key Responsibilities

  • •Promote and follow plant safety guidelines, including safety inspections, meetings, and training sessions.
  • •Follow plans and schedules of mill and kiln operations in coordination with maintenance, quality control, shipping, and production personnel.
  • •Establish, assign, and communicate shift job responsibilities and schedules; supervise and evaluate performance and monitor attendance records.
  • •Monitor kiln burning operations and raw mill and finish mill grinding operations, including BIF operating parameters from the plant control room.
  • •Review production data and reports; assist employees with production problems and oversee repairs and preventive maintenance for production equipment.

Key Requirements

  • •Vocational/technical education in production, process control, or a related field.
