Job Summary

Provide timely, accurate client transaction processing while maintaining proper handling of assigned funds and detailed records. Deliver a high-quality client experience by understanding needs, educating clients on digital and self-service banking options (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking), and supporting sales activities through outbound calling. Play a key role in Integrated Relationship Management (IRM), new account opening support, and adherence to internal controls, risk management, and operational procedures.

•Complete client transactions efficiently and accurately while maintaining proper records and handling assigned funds.
•Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients, facilitating courteous conversation, and performing complex and standardized transactions as needed.
•Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online, and Mobile banking.
•Support the team sales process through outbound calls, checking for client offers, and identifying client needs or opportunities.
•Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies, including support for new account openings and problem resolution.
