Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain lawns and keep flowerbeds, borders, and hedges in good condition.
  • •Weed and prune shrubs and small trees to support healthy garden growth.
  • •Help maintain and develop the home’s garden spaces so residents can enjoy a relaxing environment.
  • •Advise the Home Manager on potential gardening issues and help plan areas for improvement.
  • •Occasionally assist the Maintenance team with other ad hoc duties in and around the home.
