Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Provide individualized ABA services using Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBI) across home, school, and community settings. Conduct functional behavior assessments, develop collaborative intervention plans, and implement play-based strategies in natural environments. Partner with families as true collaborators and coach parents, caregivers, and teachers on neurodiversity-affirming approaches. Support and develop skills-based group sessions and participate in team collaboration within a shared workspace.
