Job Summary

Lead multiple engineering teams and set cross-functional technical direction aligned to company goals and the product roadmap. Collaborate with product leadership to manage dependencies and drive strategic initiatives to completion. Continuously improve processes to boost efficiency, scalability, and business outcomes, while providing architectural guidance for secure, scalable systems across internal and customer-facing platforms. Proactively resolve high-priority issues and manage technical risks including backup, failover, and disaster recovery.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage multiple engineering teams to influence cross-technical and business decisions and align execution with company-wide goals.
•Provide cross-functional oversight, set higher-level direction, and shape cross-functional engineering strategy.
•Align engineering teams with the product roadmap by partnering with product leadership and managing dependencies to deliver strategic initiatives.
•Continuously evaluate and drive process improvements using best practices to enhance efficiency, scalability, and business outcomes.
•Provide architectural technical direction, resolve high-priority technical issues, and manage technical risks including backup, failover, and disaster recovery plans.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 242,000 - 292,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field and 5 years of experience.
•Scaling distributed systems and cloud-based platforms experience.
•Hands-on experience with cloud technologies including AWS (S3, SNS, SES, API Gateway), Kubernetes, and ArgoCD.
•Programming experience using Python, Ruby, Node, PHP, and .Net.
•Experience with queues (RabbitMQ, SQS, Kafka), databases (Postgres, DynamoDB, MySQL), and DevOps/security/compliance best practices across the software development lifecycle.
