Key Responsibilities

  • •Deepen consumer relationships by staying connected with customers through onboarding and outbound calling, generating appointments, and identifying partner referrals.
  • •Grow consumer relationships by managing assigned top customers, using marketing campaigns and prospecting techniques, advocating for the Refer-A-Friend program, and using BUILD/BUILD 2.0 during account openings.
  • •Champion operations and compliance by protecting customer privacy and security, following cash handling and dual control guidelines, adhering to audit requirements, and mitigating risk via FCB policies and internal controls.
  • •Drive personal development through ownership of development, practicing BUILD and BUILD 2.0, completing trainings, and participating in peer-to-peer coaching and role play.
  • •Deliver a strong customer experience by living core values and the customer service promise, following the One to say YES, two to say NO rule, and ensuring single-contact problem resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Five (5) or more years of relevant experience in a client-centric sales environment with a proven track record of exceeding assigned goals and delivering high client service.
  • •Excellent communications skills, strong relationship-building ability, professionalism, and resourcefulness in a complex environment.
  • •Technologically savvy, including Microsoft Office, internet, mobile technology, and bank systems.
  • •Must register and maintain current registration with NMLS (MU4R questions and registration required), and have a valid driver’s license with willingness to travel regionally.
