Key Responsibilities

•Deepen consumer relationships by staying connected with customers through onboarding and outbound calling, generating appointments, and identifying partner referrals.
•Grow consumer relationships by managing assigned top customers, using marketing campaigns and prospecting techniques, advocating for the Refer-A-Friend program, and using BUILD/BUILD 2.0 during account openings.
•Champion operations and compliance by protecting customer privacy and security, following cash handling and dual control guidelines, adhering to audit requirements, and mitigating risk via FCB policies and internal controls.
•Drive personal development through ownership of development, practicing BUILD and BUILD 2.0, completing trainings, and participating in peer-to-peer coaching and role play.
•Deliver a strong customer experience by living core values and the customer service promise, following the One to say YES, two to say NO rule, and ensuring single-contact problem resolution.

Key Requirements

•A high school diploma or equivalent.
•Five (5) or more years of relevant experience in a client-centric sales environment with a proven track record of exceeding assigned goals and delivering high client service.
•Excellent communications skills, strong relationship-building ability, professionalism, and resourcefulness in a complex environment.
•Technologically savvy, including Microsoft Office, internet, mobile technology, and bank systems.
•Must register and maintain current registration with NMLS (MU4R questions and registration required), and have a valid driver’s license with willingness to travel regionally.
