Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle policyholder and existing Cardmember inquiries received via the insurance hotline, email, or AMEX customer service team.
  • •Clarify customer requirements, coordinate with insurance partners for follow-up, and provide timely status updates to internal stakeholders.
  • •Track open cases and follow through until customer needs are addressed by the relevant party.
  • •Prepare and share monthly commission and insurance business/finance reports; support premium billing file uploads, result downloads, exception follow-up, and billing status tracking.
  • •Support annual budget line creation and ongoing expense tracking for insurance and related marketing activities, including vendor payment processing and documentation.

Key Requirements
