Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and manage projects/programs as the key client interface.
  • •Manage complex and diverse stakeholder relationships and develop working relationships to drive delivery.
  • •Manage multiple project budgets and advise on options to keep budgets on track.
  • •Review project plans/specifications, scheduling, cost-saving measures, discrepancies, and potential construction problems.
  • •Manage project delivery across multiple programmes to meet client requirements, including timelines, risks, reporting, and chairing project meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •A recognised degree or equivalent qualification in a technical field (Project Management, Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or Cost Management).
  • •3 to 5 years of project management experience (consultancy or client-side preferred).
  • •Experience in the health sector, with experience in brownfield, live construction, and/or mental health facilities advantageous.
  • •Existing Australian workrights is ideal.
  • •Strong communication, report/bid writing skills, and the ability to lead and develop a team in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
