Program Management Director

Lead delivery of large, integrated Water/Wastewater capital programs from planning through design and construction to completion. Manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with AECOM, clients, and key stakeholders across multi-year, multi-project efforts with major public visibility. Own program risk strategy, decision-making, and oversight of scope, schedule, budget, safety, and quality, while providing financial accountability and mentoring subordinate managers and staff.
