  • •Lead, mentor, and develop a team of computer vision and machine learning engineers, supporting performance management and hiring.
  • •Define and execute the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for computer vision capabilities aligned to business objectives and success metrics.
  • •Drive architecture and technical direction for scalable, reliable computer vision and machine learning solutions, including technical reviews and best practices.
  • •Oversee the end-to-end ML lifecycle—model development, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
  • •Improve production reliability by leading incident response, root cause analysis, and on-call operations; partner with Hardware and Firmware for edge/embedded optimization.
