Key Responsibilities

  • •Own critical taskforces and lead cross-functional teams for new equipment evaluation or adoption, ensuring timely delivery.
  • •Serve as technical authority for equipment-related issues and provide hands-on support or technical guidance.
  • •Guide and mentor engineers, fostering continuous learning and career development.
  • •Define and help shape the equipment requirement roadmap aligned with state-of-the-art DRAM product requirements while optimizing costs.
  • •Develop fundamental understanding of hardware’s role in meeting high-volume manufacturing requirements and provide engineering support to internal leaders.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of relevant experience in advanced node semiconductor process equipment engineering with strong process engineering knowledge.
  • •Deep expertise in at least one area such as lithography, dry etch, wet etch, CMP, thin film, diffusion, implantation, or metrology.
  • •Proven ability to lead complex technical projects and deliver high-quality results on time.
  • •Demonstrated outstanding written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, including influencing and motivating.
  • •Advanced degree in Engineering or Science preferred.
