Key Responsibilities

  • •Support implementation of hotel technology programs including Wi-Fi, TV, Gateway, EV Charging, Mobile Key, and PMS integrations.
  • •Coordinate vendor and partner efforts and assist with business requirements gathering and program readiness.
  • •Produce reporting, performance analytics, and adoption metrics; summarize findings and opportunities.
  • •Maintain documentation, processes, standards, and best-practice implementation guides and playbooks.
  • •Manage expense and time reporting and participate in departmental and regional meetings to track operational execution.
