Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the Design Director to develop and execute design strategies aligned with Jumeirah’s brand vision and long-term objectives.
  • •Lead design coordination for assigned hotel projects across all development stages, ensuring alignment with brand standards, guest experience, operational requirements, and timelines.
  • •Oversee review and coordination of architecture, interior design, landscape, lighting, signage, FF&E, finishes, materials, and space planning with external consultants.
  • •Prepare and manage design documentation and deliverables, monitoring design risks, budgets, and progress, and escalating issues with recommended solutions.
  • •Conduct site inspections, mock-up reviews, and construction follow-ups to ensure design integrity and successful implementation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Architecture is required; Master's degree in Architecture and/or an MBA is preferred.

  • •Strong leadership, strategic thinking, problem-solving, critical thinking, and project management skills for multiple concurrent projects.
