Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate the inventory control process in the assigned depot and act as the warehouse focal point.
  • •Apply the shift plan, delegate and prioritize duties, and recognize and resolve discrepancies as they arise.
  • •Ensure goods-in are received per SOPs and orders are picked accurately and on time.
  • •Maintain accurate electronic and paper records, including documentation for issuing, receiving, and returns.
  • •Ensure proper storage and inventory integrity (coding/labeling, storage conditions, cycle counting/reconciliation), manage FIFO issuing, waste disposal recording, and comply with SHEQ/H&S/housekeeping and food safety standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
  • •2 years of experience in a similar role in FMCG companies.
  • •Good working knowledge of warehouse procedures.
  • •Well versed with MS Word and Excel.
  • •Good working knowledge of Warehouse Management System and/or RF systems.
