Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and monitor engineering projects from initiation through delivery.
  • •Gather end-user data and develop technical specifications aligned to objectives, goals, and scope.
  • •Liaise between engineering and non-engineering departments to ensure targets and requirements are met.
  • •Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget; keep program managers and stakeholders informed of key issues.
  • •Lead hardware failure investigations, drive root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to access shared government program databases (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • •Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and interface control documents (ICDs).
  • •Experience supporting hardware development across design, build, test, and qualification phases.
  • •Basic knowledge of project management methodologies and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
