Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Assist the FM team with day-to-day office operations to ensure a high-quality employee experience.
•Monitor and analyze ticket data from the Global Ticketing System, track response times/KPIs, and identify recurring facility issues with data-driven recommendations.
•Support the end-to-end PO and invoice workflow, verify service delivery against budget/billing, resolve vendor payment discrepancies, and help with monthly budget tracking.
•Coordinate with third-party IFM vendors to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met and operational standards are maintained.
•Collect and analyze operational metrics (e.g., occupancy rates, utility consumption, facility spend) to support strategic decision-making and regional reporting.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
•Strong analytical skills to interpret operational data and work order trends.
•Highly organized with a strong sense of responsibility handling financial documents and invoices.
•Excellent communication skills to interact with internal employees and external vendors.
•Motivated to learn new tools and systems with a growth-oriented mindset.
