Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide personalized client service in person and over the phone by answering questions, assisting with issues, and offering solutions.
  • •Open and maintain financial products including checking/savings, IRAs, certificates of deposit, and consumer and small business credit cards.
  • •Hold financial conversations to identify client needs and provide appropriate solutions; process new consumer loan requests (and may handle small business loan requests).
  • •Identify referral opportunities to other lines of business and document referrals and client activity using 360 View.
  • •Perform teller duties as needed, including transactions (check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, loan payments) and accurate currency handling.

Key Requirements
