Provide high-quality, patient-centered homecare under the supervision of the Nurse in Charge and Registered Nurse. Assist with planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, monitor care impact, and maintain communication with the Registered Nurse. Demonstrate evidence-based healthcare practices, advocate for patients and families, educate family members on care aspects, and support physicians/therapists with procedures while maintaining confidentiality and professional conduct.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist the Registered Nurse in planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
•Support patient care by understanding and applying the Severe Care Domains of DOH.
•Monitor the impact of nursing care and communicate ongoing patient status updates with the Registered Nurse.
•Advocate in the best interest of the patient and family, and provide family education on care as appropriate.
•Assist physicians/therapists with procedures and maintain patient confidentiality and professional conduct.

Key Requirements

•Graduate from a recognized nursing school (minimum 2 years).
•1 years minimum clinical experience plus 6 months recent experience with ventilated patients.
•Current valid registration in country of training and/or country of last employment.
•Eligible for DOH licensing.
•Able to communicate verbally and in writing in English.
