Key Responsibilities

•Drive talent strategy and linkage of enterprise HR strategy to business strategy; interpret challenges and recommend best practices to improve capabilities and services
•Serve as executive coach to senior leaders; advise on talent risks and workforce decisions
•Lead workforce planning and capability strategy for assigned business units
•Design or redesign organizational structures and lead restructuring/transformation initiatives
•Integrate and align between the business, HR Consulting Function, and HR Centers of Expertise (COEs) to ensure coherence across units

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 137,400 - 233,600 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of HR experience at senior level with experience as a senior HR business partner/consultant; experience supporting global operations is a plus
•Proven leadership in organizational effectiveness, including workforce planning, organization design, and change management; experience planning and executing workforce growth, reductions, and migrations
•Expertise in using data to drive business decisions
•Domain expertise in HR policy and process
•Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field; Workday experience preferred
