  • •Lead workforce planning and capability strategy for assigned business units, including org structure design and restructuring/transformations.
  • •Act as integrator between business and HR Centers of Expertise to ensure consistent global adherence to HR standards and policies.
  • •Lead Rewards, Benefits, and Performance Management processes and facilitate enterprise talent reviews and succession planning for key roles.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years of relevant HR experience, including senior-level HR business partner/consultant experience.
