Job Summary

Lead payments consulting engagements for key Visa clients, using Visa and external data to analyze needs, identify opportunities, and support sales pitches. Collaborate with VCA colleagues, account executives, and cross-functional teams (Products, BD, Risk, Marketing, Digital Solutions) to deliver a seamless consulting experience. Serve as a subject matter expert across practice areas such as portfolio, digital, and risk, helping clients design and assess payments strategy and implement initiatives to enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with VCA colleagues and Visa account executives to cultivate and manage a pipeline of engagement opportunities.
•Lead and/or serve as a subject matter expert on consulting engagements across practice areas (portfolio, digital, risk).
•Use Visa and external data to analyze client needs and identify opportunities for consulting assignments.
•Prepare for and participate in client discussions; support sales pitches and internal problem-solving sessions.
•Coordinate consulting delivery with cross-functional teams and contribute to practice area development when needed.

Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Master's degree preferred.
•At least 5 years of overall work experience.
•At least 2 years of solid experience in payments gained within a top-tier bank or top-tier consulting firm.
•At least 2 years of management consulting experience with client engagement capabilities.
•Ability to travel frequently and work on client sites; strong project management and fluent communication.
