Serve as a retail Personal Banker at the Sunshine location, building long-lasting customer relationships and delivering an excellent customer experience in person and by phone. Use needs-based conversations to recommend and sell appropriate retail products and digital solutions, educate customers to improve financial wellness, and ensure accurate, compliant transaction processing. Meet individual and branch sales/service goals, and refer customers to bank specialists for complex financial needs.
