Key Responsibilities

  • •Achieve 100% mission readiness and support Army and Logistics Readiness Center (LRC) transportation performance metrics.
  • •Plan, coordinate, and execute daily TMP operations, including maintaining delivery and movement schedules.
  • •Track on-time performance, no-shows, delays, and service recovery; recommend and implement corrective actions.
  • •Maintain complete and accurate transportation records, incident reports, driver qualification files, and required forms.
  • •Coordinate vehicle safety inspections, bus cleanliness standards, preventive maintenance, and monitor fuel usage and tank levels to ensure compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •High school graduate or equivalent.
  • •1–2 years’ experience in fleet coordination, vehicle dispatching, or transportation operations.
  • •Working knowledge of fleet operations, preventive maintenance, fuel handling, safety regulations, and record-keeping systems.
  • •Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and background screening.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a CAC and receive a favorable TIER-1 investigation result. Real ID-compliant, state-issued driver’s license required.
