Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand industry technology roadmaps and key path-finding activities for the next 10 years and their implications to Applied.
  • •Work with marketing, technical, and engineering professionals to identify key challenges for future memory technologies focused on memory and advanced packaging.
  • •Translate technology inflections in memory into process equipment requirements and provide integrated demo and integration support to business units.
  • •Conduct market sizing, forecasting, and market share analysis, including assessing the impact of technology changes and monitoring end-user trends.
  • •Develop technical/marketing collateral, write and file IP for integration solutions, and assist with executive presentations for internal and external audiences.

Key Requirements

  • •Excellent understanding of memory technologies such as DRAM and NAND, including process integration knowledge and device physics.
  • •Good understanding of advanced packaging processes and integration schemes.
  • •At least 5 years of experience in semiconductor processing as a lead process integration engineer or device engineer on leading-edge technology.
  • •An advanced degree (M.S./Ph.D) in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
  • •Excellent presentation, data analysis, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across functional areas.
