Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage user access for business unit and site-level EHS leads in alignment with Enterprise Safety governance and Safety Council priorities.
  • •Assign and deploy training to Emerson employees via the Global Learning Center platform.
  • •Resolve technical issues and provide responsive user support to ensure system access and efficient training deployment.
  • •Monitor safety training completion rates, identify trends and gaps, and support escalations for enterprise learning and risk reduction.
  • •Coordinate with local site EHS leaders for compliance across sites and business units and produce reports/KPIs for Enterprise Safety leadership and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •A university bachelor’s degree or be pursuing a relevant degree.
  • •At least 2 to 3 years of work experience in data analytics, training administration, EHS support, or related functions.
  • •Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analytics tools, with a strong ability to identify trends and uncover insights.
  • •Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • •Based in Costa Rica.
