Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and manage day-to-day facilities operations for an industrial campus, ensuring facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained.
  • •Partner with production, engineering, research and development, and EHS leadership to support rapid site expansion.
  • •Oversee maintenance of fire suppression, HVAC, plumbing, and other general utility repairs.
  • •Develop scopes of work for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) projects as the campus evolves.
  • •Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with maintenance service providers, manage the facilities budget, and ensure health-and-safety compliance through regular inspections.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 86,000 - 112,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of related experience supporting aerospace, defense, automotive, or other manufacturing facilities.
  • •Associate’s degree in Engineering or an Associate of Applied Science in Engineering Technology.
  • •Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
  • •Experience managing EHS in a facility.
  • •Strong organizational/time management skills and the ability to work independently with ambiguity while maintaining compliance.
